Up all night.

Here's a nice photo of my sentimental bulletin board from my home in Oakville:

I'm working on two albums. They should be done by the time the year is over. I just ordered 100 blank cassette tapes off the internet, I'm inexplicably excited.

Hey guys.

How's it going?
I moved into my new place in Toronto last Sunday and I can honestly say it's been one of the best changes in my life recently. I'm just down the street from my school and I'm central to so many things. I actually feel happy with the way things are shaping up. I walked to Chinatown with my friend Mia earlier and bought like four new kinds of tea for five dollars. Incredible.

There are a couple things I've been working on lately. My friend De Rol Le', (an amazing musician from Austin whos' work you should really check out) and I are working on a split EP of about 4 songs which I'll be sure to post here once it's finished. I'm also working on a series of releases and a full-length album which is feeling pretty ambitious and exciting. A lot of it going to be really really different from the other stuff I've done in the past, a bit departure from the whole ambient thing which I've kinda become synonymous with. Sort of trying to distance myself from that?

A lot of my gear has been broken lately so my recording abilities have pretty much been nullified. I recorded a pretty dense guitar ambient song earlier this evening, you can download it here. I really hope that you like it.

Also, here is this months mix. Heavy on the 80s jams, take it all in.
