Everything radiated with the enegy of our youth. Nights spent in a broken van. Sitting on the top floor inside of undeveloped buildings. You put ink to the wood and let it unfold in candlelight, mellowed out and distracted by the shadows, breathing in the summer air. So much intensity, passion and rare elegance.
You showed me how much life and beauty there is in this world and helped to make me into the person that I am today. I never wanted those summers to come to an end, I never wanted to believe that you would come to yours. There was still so much that I wanted to tell you. My heart is broken and I'll miss you forever. Shine on, Caitlin Morris. 1988 - 2010.

Caitlin was a lovely, caring soul with an over-sized heart. Each person her life touched will forever remember her for these gifts.
